TouchToRate helps you create digital profiles, share them through NFC cards or links, host and manage events, collect contacts, and keep profile or event engagement in one dashboard.

Start by completing your main profile, adding your contact links, and uploading a profile photo or logo. After that, you can connect an NFC card, create additional profiles, or set up an event depending on what you need.

Your public profile is what other people see when they open your link, scan your QR code, or tap your NFC card. Your dashboard is where you edit profile details, manage events, view contacts or analytics, and configure account settings.

Yes. The public profile and dashboard are designed to work on phones and desktop browsers. Some repeated setup tasks, such as event or integration management, are easier on desktop because there is more space.

Use the add profile option from the profile switcher or sidebar. Add a name, username, photo or logo, contact information, and the links you want visitors to see.

Free accounts can keep a smaller number of profiles, while paid plans support more. The sidebar enforces your current plan limit and will prompt you to upgrade if you reach it.

A personal profile represents an individual. A company profile represents a business or brand. Employee profiles are tied to a company workspace so team members can represent the company with the right role and access.

Open the profile switcher in the sidebar and choose the profile you want to manage. If you have unsaved profile changes, save them before switching so your edits are not lost.

Yes. You can update the profile photo or logo, display name, contact information, social links, layout details, and the links or sections shown on your public page.

Go to your profile editor, open the links or social links area, then add the platforms or custom URLs you want to display. Save the profile after making changes.

Usernames must be unique and valid for public profile URLs. If a username is already taken or uses unsupported characters, choose a different one.

If your profile includes contact details and the contact action is enabled, visitors can save or use those details from your public profile experience.

Use the dashboard analytics, leads, or contact-related sections available for your profile. Availability can depend on the profile type and features enabled for your account.

An NFC card opens the connected public profile when someone taps it with a compatible phone. The visitor does not need to install TouchToRate.

No. Most modern iOS and Android phones can open NFC links directly. If a phone does not support NFC or NFC is disabled, you can share your profile link or QR code instead.

Open Manage NFC Cards from the sidebar. If you do not already have a card, the app will guide you through the card request flow.

Use Manage NFC Cards to assign a card to the profile you want. Once assigned, future taps open that profile.

A card points to one active profile at a time. You can change which profile it opens from the dashboard when you need to switch context.

Yes. If you have multiple cards, you can assign different cards to different profiles and manage those assignments from the NFC card area.

Check Manage NFC Cards and confirm which profile is assigned to that card. If the assignment looks correct but taps still open the wrong page, send a support request with the card and profile details.

You can create event pages, manage hosted events, add event details, collect registrations, manage attendees, and keep event-related content in one workspace.

Use Host Studio or My Events from the sidebar. Host Studio is where you create and manage events you are hosting.

Yes. Event setup supports ticket and registration configuration. You can also collect attendee details through event registration questions where available.

Yes. Event management includes areas for public-facing event information such as FAQs, venue details, agenda or program information, and policy details.

Attendees can use the event page, registration flow, email links, or ticket-related access provided by the event setup. The exact flow depends on how the event is configured.

Event management includes attendee and check-in related tools where enabled. Use the event workspace to review guests, orders, QR check-in, and event analytics.

Explore Events is where users can discover public events. It lives inside the Events section of the sidebar.

Eventbrite is available to connect from the Integrations page. Luma is listed as planned, and Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meeting integrations are also planned.

Open Integrations, find Eventbrite, and choose Connect. You will be sent through the Eventbrite sign-in flow and returned to TouchToRate after authorization.

Open Integrations and use the Eventbrite disconnect action when it is connected. This removes the stored Eventbrite connection from your TouchToRate account.

The app will ask you to reconnect Eventbrite. Reconnecting refreshes access so TouchToRate can continue syncing supported Eventbrite event data.

Luma is currently planned. It appears on the Integrations page so users can see what is coming, but it is not yet an active connection.

Those meeting integrations are planned. They are shown in a separate meeting integrations section so you can see the upcoming virtual event direction.

Open Account Settings and choose Manage subscription. The app will send you to the billing or customer portal when it is available for your account.

Upgrade prompts appear when you try to use a feature or profile count beyond your current plan. Upgrading unlocks the limits or features shown in the app.

Use the payments or payout settings area available from the dashboard when payment features are enabled for your account or event.

Try again after refreshing the page. If it still fails, send a support request and include the account email, the action you tried, and any error message shown.

Open Account Settings and use the Log out button. Logout is managed there instead of the sidebar profile area.

Open Account Settings and use the password action. If you already have password sign-in, you can change it. If you do not, you can set one up.

Account Settings shows the sign-in methods available for your account. Depending on your account state, you can manage phone sign-in, email magic links, or password sign-in.

Open Account Settings and choose Delete account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your TouchToRate account and connected profiles.

TouchToRate uses authenticated account access and stores account data through the platform backend. You should still avoid putting private secrets in public profile fields, event pages, or support request messages.

Yes. Visitors only see what is published on the public profile or event page. Review your public page after editing to confirm the right information is visible.

Open FAQ and fill out the support request form. The form sends your name, email, selected topic, subject, message, and page context to the TouchToRate team.

Include what you were trying to do, the profile username or event name involved, the steps you took, what happened, and any error message you saw.

Make sure you saved the form you were editing, then refresh the page. If the public page still does not match the dashboard, send a support request with the profile or event URL.

You may be signed out, your session may have expired, or an integration session may need to be refreshed. Sign in again and reconnect integrations if prompted.

Try the link directly in a browser and confirm the profile or event still exists. If it still fails, send support the exact link, card details if available, and what device or browser was used.
