Translate AI/ML outputs into intuitive flows. Make complex data feel simple and human across attendee, organizer, and sponsor journeys.

• Define experience frameworks for matchmaking, profiles, and analytics.
• Prototype quickly and validate with research—move from concept to craft.
• Elevate design system quality and accessibility.

• Own end-to-end UX from discovery, flows, and IA to visuals and motion.
• Run lightweight research and usability testing with event audiences.
• Partner tightly with engineering for crisp handoff and iteration.
• Design for metrics: adoption, conversion, and retention.

• 3+ years product design for SaaS/consumer experiences.
• Strong Figma skills: components, variants, prototyping.
• Portfolio of shipped work with narrative and outcomes.

• Design systems ownership; motion/illustration chops.
• Experience in event tech, networking, or growth.

• Clarity of flows, reduced friction, improved conversion.
• Design quality: consistency, accessibility, and polish.
